One of my first impressions of China was the abundance of flowering trees and birds. The silhouetted images in this collection have been cropped to create a variety of images within images. The exploding colors are as vibrant in my mind today as they were nearly 20 years ago when I first saw them outside of my classroom window in Shekou.
